Eight years ago, our founder sat across from a small business owner who had just spent $12,000 on a website that wasn’t generating a single lead. The design looked polished. The agency was proud of it. But nobody had asked the most important question: who is this actually built for?
That conversation became the founding principle of Web Design UIUX: that beautiful design without user intent is just expensive decoration. We started as a two-person studio in New York, obsessed with one question: what does it actually take for a website to work? That obsession grew into a methodology. The methodology attracted clients. The clients got results. And eight years later, that same question still drives every project we take on.
